Spati Industries servo driven pleater can be programmed for quick change over of varying pleat heights and can be accessed remotely via the internet to do
program modifications and trouble shooting. The servo machine also allows you to do a work log to track production and store run information
such as pleat heights and diameter sizes for easy set up.

Depending on the media type we offer top and bottom scoring or single roll scoring. This machine has an unwind with pneumatic lift arms for
easy media loading. A splice station is added for splicing the new roll of media with minimal down time. A slit trim station allows you to
trim the edges of the media for a cleaner edge or cut varied pack widths to increase your production rate. The pre and post heat processes
can ensure efficient scoring or cure the crowns to ensure easier handling. Automatic cutting is also added.
